Hello! My name is Ella Rivera.​I come from a family where everyone is loud, proud, and always prepared with a story to tell. Having adapted these traits into my personality and work ethic I have developed interpersonal communication skills that would be of value to any company or business.  During my time at Syracuse University's S.I Newhouse School of Public Communications I majored in Magazine and Digital Journalism with a minor in Art History and focus on fashion, beauty and pop culture. Outside of schooling, my career path has consisted of a wide range of experiences in customer service and media relations. ​Working a different array of jobs serving as a barista, retail associate, restaurant hostess, social media & content creation intern and public relations assistant, I have strengthened interpersonal communication and cross-team coordination skills. These experiences across a range of media and has allowed me to take on a diverse set of tasks such as project planning/execution, client relations, media reporting and influencer programming. ​I pride myself in keeping organized, managing daily schedules and continuously staying open and interested to new information. My greatest passions in life are making new connections, taking on new hobbies and pursing my interests both in and outside of my career. Producing and creatively assisting on visual projects is my favorite way to express myself. Connection and communication remain at the core of my being and I do my best to incorporate those into every aspect of my life. ​​I value creative freedom, understanding and loyalty in both myself and whoever i intend to work with. As such, I have the right experience, passion and determination to take on any role in which I apply for.
